Entry Instructions:  Our property manager will contact you via text message prior to check in with your room number and door access code. 


Check in: 3 pm; We will have staff available during normal business hours. Check-ins after normal business hours are fine. You’ll need to follow your entry instructions which were emailed and texted to you on the information you provided.

Check out: 10 am 

Age Requirement Policy: Guests must be 21 years or older with valid government issued ID to reserve and check into a guest room. 


Occupancy Policy: Room rates are based on double occupancy consisting of two adults. Children under 16 are free.


Extras Available Upon Request: Roll away beds are available for a $50 charge. Roll away beds are subject to availability. 

Special Events Policy: High demand dates - Holidays, festivals and other coast wide events are subject to prepayment and nonrefundable requirements for room reservations. 


Cancellation Policy for Refundable Rates:  Hotel Whiskey has a 72 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 72 hours or failure to show will result in a non-refundable charge of the first night's stay. Refunds will be issued with in 72 hours of receipt of the cancelation request by staff. Once the refund has been issued, financial institutions may take some time to process the refund. Financial institution processing times may vary. Please check with your financial institution for more info. 

Non-refundable Rates: Non-refundable reservations will not be refunded. Travel insurance can be purchased from a third party at a number of locations. here are just a few: 




Common Area Use: The hotel area is for registered hotel guests only. 


Parking Policy: In the lot directly behind the hotel, parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis. There is free on street parking available also, and a free public parking lot behind the commercial buildings directly across Davis Avenue from the hotel. 


Pet Policy: With the exception of service animals, Hotel Whiskey is unable to accommodate pets at this time. There are several local boarding facilities in the area that the hotel is more than happy to recommend. 


Smoking Policy: The Hotel Whiskey is a non-smoking facility. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building. A $100 per day cleaning fee will be charged should smoking occur in the hotel. 


ADA Policy: The hotel and restaurant are ADA accessible. Our accessible guest room has a roll-in shower, mobility accessible doorways, televisions with CC and visual fire alarms.Clarifying note: Certain areas of the hotel are not fully accessible. We will attempt to make reasonable modifications to our policies and procedures for guests with disabilities in order to provide them access to the facilities the hotel has to offer. For more information please contact the hotel directly. We do not have an elevator for the upper level rooms. 


Hurricane Policy: Hurricane season is from June 1st to November 30th. In the event of a named hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico with the Mississippi Gulf Coast in it's projected path, the Hotel Whiskey will not be accepting reservations. The hotel may be subject to closure and evacuation. In the event of an evacuation, the hotel will attempt to contact future guests to notify them of the situation. During the affected period we will waive cancellation and no-show fees. Please contact the hotel for more information. 


Credit/Debit Cards: A credit or debit card is required at time of booking to hold the room reservation. Cards will be charged for the full amount of stay prior to check in. A further amount may be authorized to cover incidentals. Any further charges for incidentals etc. (to include damages and or theft) may take up to a week to incur. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
